Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 458.698.1368 x7628 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is crucial for processing your return.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely repackage your item in its original packaging, if possible. Include all original tags and accessories.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship your package to the address provided by our customer service team after you receive your RMA number. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to items that are personalized or customized. Please contact us if you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.
